经历

华中农业大学 生命科学技术学院教授、农业微生物学国家重点实验室学术带头人。中国微生物学会环境微生物学专业委员会副主任委员、湖北省生态学会常务理事、湖北省微生物学会理事、湖北省生物工程学会理事、美国微生物学会会员、微生物杂志编委、湖北省侨联常委、华中农业大学侨联主席。 1984年获中国农业大学学士。随后在中科院微生物所工作。1990年至1995年在意大利 Pavia 大学遗传微生物系,1995年获博士学位。1996年至2001年为美国Clemson大学博士后,主要从事微生物生态等研究。2002年至2004年在美国Arizona大学做研究助理,从事微生物重金属代谢机理的研究。2004年底起任华中农业大学教授,主讲环境分子生物学技术、微生物学基础等课程。研究方向为环境微生物学,重点研究微生物和重(类)金属污染互作的机理并应用于环境污染的监测和修复。已培养毕业博士生5人、硕士生19人。在读博士后1名、博士生6人、硕士生20人。是多种SCI期刊审稿人。已经先后在Environmental Microbiology, Journal of Bacteriology,Applied and Environmental Microbiology,Journal of Hazardous Materials, PNAS,Microbiology,Microbial Ecology,BMC Microbiology, Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology, Journal of Applied Microbiology,FEMS Microbiology Letter,Biodegradation,International Journal of Systematic and Evolutionary Microbiology等国际上有影响的杂志发表SCI论文50余篇,获批国家发明专利5项(其中一项已转让)。关于嗜盐古菌砷抗性和甲基化机理的研究(JB)获《Faculty of 1000 Biology》的点评,认为是有开创性和技术领先性的成果。利用深海锰氧化菌吸附重金属的研究得到国际同行的广泛关注,美国每日科学等几十个国际网站或刊物对该研究成果进行了报道或转载。主持国家自然科学基金重大国际合作交流项目1项、主持国家自然科学基金面上项目4项、主持教育部博士点基金1项,并承担了863、农业部行业项目等科研课题。2011年、2013年湖北省优秀归侨,2012年及2013年华中农业大学优秀女教职工。
