 研究方向 Research interests

My research focus on environmental microbiology:

(1) Molecular mechanisms of heavy metals & metalloids transformation, especially on selenium transformation in microorganisms.

(2) Bioremediation of heavy metals & metalloids.

(3) Interactions between soil quality & fertility and microbial community.

长期从事环境微生物学研究,重点关注以下问题。

1)细菌代谢硒等重(类)金属的分子机理,以及硒的生物利用。硒是一种生命必需的微量元素,是硒半胱氨酸和含硒酶的必须组份,在抗癌、抗氧化等方面发挥重要作用,但过量硒则具有毒性。自然界中,硒的转化离不开微生物的作用,研究微生物对硒的代谢转化,其意义在于:生物补硒;细菌产生的纳米硒是极好的光学纳米材料;硒酸盐/亚硒酸盐污染环境的微生物修复。

2)重金属污染土壤的微生物修复。

3)农田土壤质量与肥力的微生物机制。
