研究方向

环境微生物学/分子生物学,主要进行环境污染生物治理,微生物与重金属互作机制,重金属降解微生物资源发掘与应用等方面的研究。目前课题内容为微生物的重金属和抗生素抗性协同选择机制和重金属铬与铬抗性-还原细菌互作机制研究。

Environmental&molecular microbiology: researches focus on bioremediation of heavy metal contamination, microbial heavy-metal(loid) interaction, exploration and application of heavy-metal(loid) degradable microbe including polyphasic taxonomy&identification of new species. Currently working on microbial co-selection mechanism for heavy-metal and antibiotic resistance.
